**Upon purchasing this service, please bring in or ship your boots to our shop, so that we can perform it on your boots. If you are unsure about anything, please send us photos of your boots, so that we can determine what should be done and offer options. The estimated completion time for this service is 3 - 4 weeks depending on our workload. Any work orders will be clarified and confirmed with you prior to the work being done. If you are shipping, we will get in touch with you for where you should send your boots. Please note, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
